Refund Policy

At Linkefy, we offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Important Note: Customers are responsible for purchasing the shipping label and covering all return postage fees. Linkefy does not bear any return shipping costs.

Once your return is accepted and the item is received in its original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We also cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about the return eligibility of a specific item, contact us.


Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to initiate a return for the original item. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 7-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
